To solve problem when open some page by using JVM (Java Virtual Machine). Please follow the step below:
For Windows 2000, 95/98, ME, NT 4.0
1. Please click this link msjavwu.exe to download JVM.
2. The dialog window will appear, please click SAVE.
3. Choose directory for saving and wait until the download is finished.
4. Go to the directory that you saved JVM, double click at msjavwu file
5. Please restart your computer
For Windows XP
1. Please click this link msjavx86.exe to down load JVM.
2. The dialog window will appear, please click SAVE.
3. Choose directory for saving and wait until the download is finished.
4. Go to the directory that you saved JVM, double click at msjavx86 file.
5. As the file begins execution, answer Yes to the License Agreement question and then once complete, re-boot your PC.
6. Open problem Real-time page, If it does not work please go to step 7.
7 . Please click this link msjavwu.exe to download JVM file update.
8 . Choose directory for saving and wait until the download is finished.
9 . Go to the directory that you saved JVM, double click at msjavwu file.
10 . Please restart your computer
Remark : To get the Microsoft VM, you will need to install Windows XP SP1.
